We only purchase from authorized channels, franchised distributors, and trusted independent suppliers with proven track records. Every new supplier undergoes evaluation before we source from them. We never buy from unknown brokers or grey-market sources of questionable origin.
Every shipment is inspected upon arrival: visual check for package condition and proper labeling, marking verification against manufacturer datasheets, lot and date code confirmation, and quantity count. For high-value or high-risk parts, we perform additional functional testing and X-ray inspection when required.
Verified parts are stored in our ESD-protected storage area with proper anti-static packaging. Moisture-sensitive devices (MSD) are handled per J-STD-033 standards with vacuum sealing and desiccant. Temperature and humidity are monitored to maintain component integrity.
Before shipping, each order undergoes a final check: part number and quantity verification against the order, packaging inspection (anti-static bags, labels, desiccant), and proper packing for international transport. Photos of the shipment can be provided upon request before dispatch.

All components come with a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. If a part fails within the warranty period, we will replace it or issue a refund — your choice.
